Chip Webster & Associates is an architectural design and consulting firm specializing in custom residential and commercial design, with a special interest in master planning for communities. The largest firm based on Nantucket Island , CWA has additional offices in Boston , Aspen and Boulder . Our services include all aspects of the design process, from concept development to construction management. With over twenty-five years of experience, we understand the importance of working within a client's budget while designing quality homes that fulfill our client's goals.
CWA projects have ranged in scope from classic island cottages to a 300-acre private community. Our designs reflect a strong attention to detail, an efficient use of space, and a creative richness. We pride ourselves on developing strong and continued relationships with our clients, and providing a personalized approach with every project.
Extensive experience with Nantucket design and building requirements, arguably among the most stringent in the United States , has allowed CWA to successfully navigate the regulatory process on throughout the country. In addition to projects throughout Massachusetts and on Nantucket, we have received design commissions in Florida, South Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee, and through out New England.
