Community Design/ Master Planning
Beginning with site and zoning analysis, CWA identifies potential uses for a property and then explores multiple design options. We create a comprehensive site plan while collaborating with all interested parties, from clients and investors, to local officials and regulatory agencies. Architectural Design
We specialize in custom residential design that includes primary and vacation homes. We work closely with clients, engineers and contractors in all phases of the process, from initial concept development to finalizing interior detailing. Accurate construction drawings are produced to ensure the home is built properly and the clients’ desires are reflected in the final design. CWA has a LEED accredited associate on the team to support “green” and sustainable building strategies and in addition, we can source contracting and construction services.

CWA brings the same attention to detail and client service to commercial projects as we do to our residential projects. We ensure that commercial spaces are efficiently designed and practical for the business’ needs, as well as aesthetically successful. Historic Preservation
Chip Webster & Associates is dedicated to historic preservation. We are sensitive to the value of historic buildings and are committed to working with individuals and organizations to promote preservation, enhancement and functional use. Our staff has expertise in the traditions and techniques of historic construction and experience with the specialized standards and approval processes that are often required.

CWA thoroughly researches a property’s history and assures that the end result is sensitive to its historic and contextual significance. We can evaluate buildings for existing conditions and perform feasibility studies on restorations, additions and adaptive reuse.

Interior Design
CWA offers complete interior design services. We will create design concepts and color schemes, prepare interior furniture layouts and select the furniture, fabric, lighting and accessories tailored to suit each project. Our firm also provides kitchen and bath design services.

Development Consulting Services
We will coordinate entire development services for any project, including pro forma analysis, project representation, assemblage of the project team consultants, supervision of the entire project, and the procurement of financial backing.
