The Design Development phase integrates the client's concept design revisions with the requirements of the appropriate local agency review boards to produce Design Development drawings.

• Extensive client and designer review of the Preliminary Design concepts
  
• The design is reviewed by local architectural review boards and agencies, such as Nantucket Island 's Historic District Commission (HDC)
  
• Design revisions are made to the documents based on the review findings and additional considerations
