The Bidding Phase is the process by which the most suitable Building Contractor is found and hired as a result of their qualifications and review of the Construction Documents.

What you can expect:

• The designer recommends a number of contractor candidates based on reputation, experience, time table and price structure
  
• Each contractor presents a bid and schedule upon analysis of the Construction Document package
  
• The Client reviews the bids, meets with the contractors and chooses one based on the information provided, personality compatibility and demonstrability to complete the project
  
• The negotiated contract is formalized once the contractor is chosen, and the building permit is filed
