The Construction Phase is the building of the home or structure, according to the Construction Documents.

What you can expect:

• Monitoring the process and performing building inspections are completed, updating of timelines accordingly
  
• Regular progress payments are made based on the requirements of the contract
  
• Coordination between the Client, the designer and the contractors to finalize any material choices, on-going progress and questions that arise
  
• Upon final inspection and official signing off the project, the Client moves into the new home or structure
