Hayden Island Marina

The Marina at Hayden Island is a mixed-use project located on the south shore of the Columbian River with views east to Mount Hood and south to the city of Portland . The site plan accommodates the concerns of the local environmental agencies while optimizing the building envelope. Intensive regulatory and site stability issues were primary considerations, which required a strong team approach.

The project called for a marina building, townhouses, loft-type condominiums and apartments. The commercial aspects were balanced with required residential units in an attractive, efficient community design. The marina harbor walking circuit and park are wonderful outdoor areas, while the health club, pool and restaurant create a gathering place for the community.
