Located just outside of Nashville , Tennessee , the property wraps around a spring-fed mountain lake with lush meadows. It is bound on the east and west by mountain bluffs and boasts breathtaking panoramas.

The 300 plus home community is designed as an escape from the rigors of city life. A large portion of the property is designated as recreational common area. In addition to shared lakefront facilities, the community will incorporate an inn, an outdoor amphitheatre and pavilion, and an artist's colony.

As of 2004 Phase One infrastructure was complete and houses are currently under construction. Chip Webster is one of four partners developing the project and Chip Webster & Associates was responsible for the master planning, architectural guidelines and the design of the structures.
