Thomas Residence

This summer home, located on Nantucket Island , was designed to maximize the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean . A combination of decks and porches on both levels were created to provide ample and varied spaces for outdoor living and entertaining.

Access to the first floor side porch and south lawn is through a family room adjacent to three of the home's four bedrooms. The main living areas on the second floor, intended for entertaining, are open to capture the view and summer breeze. The kitchen accommodates both a small eating bar as well as built-in raised banquette seating under the large east-facing window.
