A fifteenth generation Nantucketer, Chip Webster grew up in Mississippi and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before making Nantucket his permanent home in 1991.

Prior to moving to Nantucket, he traveled the world dancing, laughing and making documentaries. Currently, Chip is the principle of CWA Architects, a Nantucket based Architectual firm specializing in residential design and community development.

A firm believer in Wave Theory and the power of collaborative creativity, Chip feels that "if everyone's a student, then everyone's a teacher."
