naturopathic
physician
Dr. Jenn Krebs graduated from the University of Bridgeport’s
College of Naturopathic Medicine. As a naturopathic physician,
she combines a traditional naturopathic approach to healing
with a keen interest in the body-mind connection. Dr. Krebs
brings to her practice 15 years of personal experience in
dance, movement re-education and body-centered therapies.
Prior to pursuing a doctorate in naturopathic medicine,
she received a B.A. degree in dance studies from Connecticut
College and later spent 8 years performing and dancing in
New York City; where she also cultivated and explored bodywork
and body-centered therapies.
Dr. Krebs believes that illness is the body’s
reaction to both a stressful and toxic world. Her interest
in medicine stems from a belief that healing begins with
the rebuilding of health and vitality and the commitment
to making lasting changes in one’s life. In addition
to focusing on strengthening the immune system and detoxifying
the body, Dr. Krebs’ practice emphasizes the importance
of the patient’s conscious and active involvement
in his/her own healing process. By combining a variety of
naturopathic therapies with mind-body-centered work, Dr.
Krebs provides patients with the tools to take charge of
their own health, to awaken their inherent healing power
within and to make sound and lasting changes in their lives.
Dr. Krebs’ home office is in Connecticut,
where she holds a naturopathic medical license. She also
consults with patients on Nantucket Island, MA.
